To initiate the return or exchange of a product, kindly dispatch the item(s) back to us. When making a return or exchange request, please adhere to the following guidelines.
Our policy on returns and exchanges
Upon the receipt of your order, you have a 14-day window to initiate a return or exchange.
Make sure to dispatch your order within this 14-day return timeframe.
Ensure that the item(s) are in a clean and unworn condition, with all tags intact.
The cost of return or exchange, including any import duties, is your responsibility.

How to proceed with return or exchange
Download the return document from here.
Provide your order number and the email address used during the order placement.Specify the item(s) for exchange and/or return, including the reason(s). Indicate if you prefer a refund or exchange. Send the document to help@xuutfilters.com.
Upon acceptance of your return, you will receive an email containing return instructions.
FOR ALL RETURNS OUTSIDE THE EU: Include a document holder in the package with 3 times the invoice amount.
Drop off your return at the nearest parcel shop.
What follows?
We endeavor to process all returns within 5 business days of receipt. You will be notified with a final confirmation once your refund is processed or when your exchange is dispatched.
